If time is running and you have less time then skip B and C sections below or give a brief and quick overview of them on how to deal with them if in case they appear in exam by any chance. Picture composition means writing/narrating a story given a scenario in the form of an image or a photo. Basically, this tests the story making, creative as well as narrative skills of you. As a safer side, I've considered including this part for your practice assuming that this will help you in many ways.
